With 4th of July right around the corner, I wanted to share some healthy and easy recipes that are perfect for a summer get-together. Each recipe includes a hefty amount of fruit, which I’m sure we could all use right about now. I love that each recipe is full of holiday appropriate colors that will make any serving table look beautiful.
This recipe from Running in a Skirt looks so good! I’ve never tried adding blueberries to may watermelon and feta salad! It’s such a great twist on a classic that not only makes it perfect for the holiday, but is refreshing during the summer heat.
Healthy and sweet, my favorite combination. The little touch of cheesecake filling satisfies any sweet tooth while still being relatively healthy! These sweet treats will definitely keep me from munching on a full size cheesecake sans fruit. And look how adorable they look!

Cute doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about these fruit kabobs! They remind me of super cute fairy wands but obviously they’re edible and healthy! The star shaped watermelon and blueberry wand are just the absolute perfect combination.
I’ve never met a pizza I didn’t like and this fruit pizza is no exception! The granola base and fresh fruit topping are a stunning combination. I’d happily eat this for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert! Or serve it to my party guests who want a creative way to consume their fruits!
