Can you believe (because I sure can’t) that I’ve stuck to my diet and exercise routine for 31 days?! I’m so excited and proud of myself. It was really hard, but also very rewarding in the end. I’ve officially lost 19.7 pounds and 18 inches from my body! How awesome!! I’ve won 2 DietBet games and have hit my goal weight for my third game! Today I wanted to share with you some things I did that really helped me this month and share my weight loss goals for February!
This has been a huge motivator for me! A chance to get healthy, lose weight, and win money! Heck yes! I don’t how many thousands of dollars I’ve spent on weight loss programs throughout the years that have just gone to crap. It’s honestly been so depressing to continually fail at trying to be healthy. So when I stumbled upon Lexi from fatgirlfedup and learned about DietBet, I knew I had to join a few games! You’re allowed to play in 3 games at once, so of course I went all out! The goal is to lose 4% of your weight in 28 days. Not too bad. In total, these 3 games have helped me lose XX pounds and I couldn’t be happier. I full intend on joining 3 more games in February (Goal #1)!
My Fitbit Products & App
Tracking my intake was so easy with my Fitbit app! I couldn’t believe how much I was eating before January! On a normal day I would easily consume around 4,000 calories without even thinking. And not exercising, of course. So this month I really stepped up my tracking and kept my intake between 1,200 and 1,500 calories a day. The Fitbit app was great in helping me see how many calories I burned using my Charge and kept track of my weight with my Aria scale. I kind of feel like Fitbit is similar to Apple in the way that once you love the products, you want all the products.
